The purpose of the Organization is to aid the Music Directors of all the secondary schools in the Tredyffrin Easttown School District in the development of quality music activities. The Organization is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law).
